MAP Time-In 8-Week Group Program:

A deep experiential and psychoeducational parenting journey

(birth-18 years).

This 8-week path involves an experiential workshop of 2 hours per week, and a

one-day retreat, and helps parents to shift from

self-doubt, guilt, and frustration and move towards confidence, peace of mind and deeper trust in “good enough” parenting.

You will be guided with integrated mindfulness,

self-compassion, and attachment-based practices, and increase your capacity to understand your child’s cues, repair relationship disconnects, confidently set boundaries and follow your natural parenting wisdom.

This 2.5-hour workshop introduces key mindfulness tools that help parents navigate challenges, respond with clarity, and repair relational disconnection; all while offering a preview of the full 8-week MAP Time-in immersion.

Mindful Awareness Parenting (MAP) Time-in 5 week group program:

(birth-5 years).

This workshop series involves 2-hour experiential workshops across 5 weeks;

run by your local accredited MAP Instructor.

You will experience:

Mindfulness, attachment and self-compassion practices to enhance sensitivity, responsiveness and consistency with young children

\(birth – 5 years).

Increased awareness of the relationship needs of infants and young children

(evidence based - over 50 years of research supports the importance of this).

Knowing how to repair communication break downs with your infant or young child when things don’t go as smoothly as you would like.

How to use mindful awareness for emotional regulation when interacting with infants and young children in everyday life.

A safe and restorative workshop environment to cater for the physical and emotional demands of parenting young children.
